This means dedicated work spaces in which you don't have your phone (lock it in a drawer, leave it in a different room), you have suitable noise canceling headphones (you can play white noise if you don't like listening to music) and you use one screen.
Using one screen is controversial, especially in an industry like mine, Software Engineering. I've been doing this for a long time though as it means I have to make the conscious decision to go and look at emails, or Slack, rather than having them open on a second screen where they could distract me at any instant.
